Old cedar Pergola was not attached to the roof properly and the wood was rotten. We discussed with the client their needs and expectations for the pergola renovation. - Secured the ledger board to the roof using three 12-inch risers for added stability
- Sourced rough-cut cedar from Dallas Cedar in Garland, Texas
- Replaced all the old cedar with new, high-quality rough-cut cedar
- Ensured all parts were securely fastened and properly aligned
- Conducted a thorough inspection to ensure all work met quality standards
- Provided a final walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction with the new pergola
